Every order ships with tracking to Canada, the USA and overseas, with an option to upgrade if it needs to arrive faster. Once a parcel is shipped, delivery time is out of our hands, but we're always happy to help if anything comes up.

If you'd like to exchange or return a piece, return shipping to Canada is paid by the customer. This doesn't apply if there was a mistake on our side. Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.

Import duties and fees, if any, are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. We're not responsible for customs-related delays.
